For 2025, the Tracer 9 GT enters a new era of touring performance with the introduction of Y-AMT (Yamaha Automated Manual Transmission). This advanced system delivers smooth, clutchless gear changes and allows riders to switch between full auto or manual shifting via handlebar paddles — redefining long-distance comfort and control.
Significant updates for this latest generation include a revised chassis and swingarm, an updated 6-axis IMU, and a larger 7-inch full-colour TFT display with enhanced smartphone connectivity and navigation. A newly developed Matrix LED headlight system, linked to a camera in the fairing, adjusts beam projection in real time to improve visibility in changing conditions.
