For 2025, the Tracer 9 GT enters a new era of touring performance with the introduction of Y-AMT (Yamaha Automated Manual Transmission). This advanced system delivers smooth, clutchless gear changes and allows riders to switch between full auto or manual shifting via handlebar paddles — redefining long-distance comfort and control.


Significant updates for this latest generation include a revised chassis and swingarm, an updated 6-axis IMU, and a larger 7-inch full-colour TFT display with enhanced smartphone connectivity and navigation. A newly developed Matrix LED headlight system, linked to a camera in the fairing, adjusts beam projection in real time to improve visibility in changing conditions.


Standard for 2025, all GT models also feature an electronically adjustable flyscreen, adding comfort and adaptability for riders on the move. The Y-AMT version further benefits from hill hold control and backlit switchgear, enhancing convenience and control in all environments.


Other key features include cruise control, cornering lights, heated grips, electronic suspension, and hard pannier mounts – making the Tracer 9 GT Y-AMT a truly complete sport tourer, built to cover serious mileage in total comfort and confidence.
